Bristol Tattoo Convention 2024

We will once again be running a 

FREE BUS SERVICE to and from Ashton Gate. 

This year we have vintage London Routemasters, they'll stand out and be easy to spot.

The Buses will run every 30 min starting at 09:00 from -

Bristol Temple Meads Station then to 

The Bristol Hotel,  Prince  Street, 

then on to Ashton Gate Stadium.

The Bristol Hotel Stops will be 09:05 / 09:35 / 10:05 / 10:35 and so on.

THERE IS NO LONGER A STOP AT BROAD QUAY. 

Bristol Hotel is only 2 min walk away.

Advanced Ticket Holder Entry - 11:00 

General Admission pay on the doors - 12:00 

Saturday 6th July : doors close 20:00, event finishes 21:00.

Sunday 7th July : doors close 19:00 event finishes 20:00.

The Sports Bar will remain open on the Saturday night til 23:00

What else is there to do?

We have lots of amazing traders selling artwork, jewellery, clothing, home wares and more. You’ll

also find some awesome artist galleries as well as our convention merch.

Outside you’ll find the Team Extreme skate ramp with various displays and a stage with live music

throughout the day.

Is the there a cloakroom?

Unfortunately we do not have anywhere to store bags or buggy’s.

Is photography allowed?

Yes photography is allowed, post and tag us!

All we ask is if you’re taking close up photos of artists and their clients please be respectful.

Can I work the show next year?

Applications for next year usually go live around October. Keep an eye on our socials for updates

and announcements.

Where is the nearest cash point?

The nearest cash points are at Sainsbury’s, approximately 10 minute walk or Tesco Express on

North Street, approximately 15 minute walk.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately due to venue policy and the nature of the event animals are not allowed.

How do I get there and where can I park ?

We will be running a free bus service throughout the event. See the Latest News section for more

info on stops and times.

There are bike racks if you’d like to cycle or limited free parking on a first come first serve basis at

the venue with parking stewards to make sure things run smoothly.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes there is limited free disabled parking. Unfortunately this cannot be pre booked. The parking

stewards will advise you where to park upon your arrival.

Can I watch the football?

Yes you can!

Euro 2024 will be playing in The Sports Bar.

You will require a convention ticket for access to the bar.

I have an appointment can I get in early?

Unfortunately we can’t let anyone in before 11am but if you have an early appointment please

speak to our door staff who will make sure you get to your appointment on time.

Are children welcome?

Yes they are, however all under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Free entry for 16 and under.

Do you have tattoo competitions?

No, we do not hold competitions at our event.

Will there be food and drink at the venue?

Yes there are several food vendors catering for most dietary requirements.

We will have the venue bar, cafe, and several indoor and outdoor vendors so there will be plenty of

choice!

Cash or card?

Please note Ashton Gate Stadium is a cashless venue so the bar, café and food vendors will be

card only.

Artists and traders will usually take cash and card.
